Nick Rhodes
Nick Rhodes is the President of WILDLIFE PROPERTIES and a real estate broker licensed in Kansas. Nick has appeared on hunting & outdoor television shows from the Pursuit Channel and Ranch & Resort TV and he is a weekly contributor for the nationally syndicated outdoor radio program The Revolution with Jim & Trav.
A life-long Kansas resident, Nick is active in the Quail Forever organization and a member of Quality Deer Management Association, the National Association of Realtors as well as the Kansas Association of Realtors. Nick is also the publisher of My Wildlife Magazine as well as a number of real estate magazines in the Denver and Front Range areas of Colorado.
Prior to founding WILDLIFE PROPERTIES, Nick worked as a marketing manager with two publicly traded franchise organizations. He has a BS in Marketing from Kansas State University.
When not working on real estate transactions, Nick spends much of his time with landowners and outdoor enthusiasts, assisting them with their property management goals.
